Senior Electrical Project Manager / Potential Partner
BrN Engineering is currently seeking a qualified Senior Electrical Project Manager / Potential Partner for a variety of commercial and civic projects.
PE preferred with minimum 10 years proven experience in healthcare, educational, civic and commercial building design is required.
Qualified candidate shall have:
familiarity with current national, state and local jurisdictional electrical and building codes
proven experience in the design and implementation of power distribution schemes and emergency/standby generator systems
experience in lighting design and familiarity with State and City energy code requirements
experience in voice/data, fire alarm, security/CCTV/Access Control and Nurse Call system as they apply to project type
exposure to and understanding what it means to work in different project delivery method environments as they apply to design build, specification/bid and the many different forms that project delivery can take.
Preference will be given to combination PM/designers who are both experienced in designing with Autocad and who are comfortable in delegating tasks to others. Candidates interested in potential partnership shall have an established client base with exposure to project profiles that compliment and/or expand current profile offerings. Individuals shall also be self starting, a leader by nature and bring an understanding of what it means to be a partner in an established firm.
